The Richland Raiders baseball team scored 7 runs and held the host Cascade Champions to 5 in the Raiders non-league win on Friday.

The Raiders now hold a 18-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Moore County for a 1A District 9 test on Monday, April 20. Richland will play a Raiders team coming off a 8-4 non-league win over Culleoka (Culleoka, TN). The Raiders record now stands at 11-12.

With the defeat, Cascade drops to 15-8 on the year. The Champions host Community (Unionville, TN) to play the Vikings in a 2A District 10 test on Monday, April 20.
