The McBain Ramblers baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Frankfort Panthers to 4 in the Ramblers non-league win on Friday.

The Ramblers now hold a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pine River Area for a Highland test on Tuesday, April 21. McBain will play a Bucks team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Hart (Hart, MI). The Bucks record now stands at 5-3.

With the defeat, Frankfort drops to 1-1 on the year. The Panthers travel to Buckley (Buckley, MI) to play the Bears in a Northwest test on Tuesday, April 21. The Bears go into the test with a record of 3-1. Buckley won 15-0 in their recent non-league test against Roscommon (Roscommon, MI)
