Fans at Friday's league test between the Cedar Crest Falcons (Lebanon, PA) and the visiting Ephrata Mountaineers (Ephrata, PA), witnessed Cedar Crest's lacrosse squad hold off Ephrata by a count of 8-7.

The Falcons (5-4) will now prepare for their test against Hempfield (Landisville, PA). The Black Knights enter the Lancaster-Lebanon test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Hempfield was nipped by Manheim Township (Lancaster, PA), 17-4, in a league test.

Next, the Mountaineers battle the Penn Manor Comets (Millersville, PA) in a Lancaster-Lebanon test, on Tuesday, April 21. Ephrata will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The Comets enter the test with a 12-1 record after their 12-10 non-league win over Peters Township (McMurray, PA).
