The Lutheran Northwest Crusaders triumphed over the host Shrine Catholic Knights softball squad by a count of 14-1 in Friday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Crusaders meet the Plymouth Christian Academy Eagles (Canton, MI) in a Michigan Independent - Blue challenge, on Tuesday, April 21. Lutheran Northwest will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record.

The Knights (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Detroit Country Day (Beverly Hills, MI). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record.
