April 18, 2022: Washougal, WA 98671 The Washougal Panthers crushed the visiting Fort Vancouver Trappers baseball team by a count of 14-1 in Monday's league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Columbia River for a 2A Greater St. Helens bout on Tuesday, April 19. Washougal will face a Rapids team coming off a 12-1 league win over Hockinson (Brush Prairie, WA). The Rapids record now stands at 7-4.
Next, the Trappers face the Hockinson Hawks (Brush Prairie, WA) in a 2A Greater St. Helens bout, on Wednesday, April 20. Fort Vancouver will attempt to move on its 0-9 season record. The Hawks enter the bout with a 2-5 record after their 12-1 league loss to Columbia River (Vancouver, WA).
