Georgia High School Lacrosse - Starr's Mill drops to Pope
April 18, 2022: Marietta, GA 30062 In Monday's non-league test, the host Pope Greyhounds lacrosse squad scored a good 18-10 victory over the Starr's Mill Panthers.
The Greyhounds now have a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they host Lassiter for a 6A-7A Area 4 test on Wednesday, April 20. Pope will face a Trojans squad coming off a 14-13 non-league win over Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 10-5.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Hillgrove Hawks (Powder Springs, GA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 21. Starr's Mill will attempt to move on its 8-9 season record. The Hawks come into the test with a 15-1 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Milton (Milton, GA).
