Alabama High School Soccer - Austin knocks off West Morgan
April 18, 2022: Decatur, AL 35601 Austin Black Bears (Decatur, AL) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting West Morgan Rebels (Trinity, AL), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Black Bears confront the Bob Jones Patriots (Madison, AL) in a 7A Area 8 challenge, on Thursday, April 21. Austin will attempt to move on its 14-4 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 6-10 record after their 1-0 league win over James Clemens (Madison, AL).
The Rebels now possess a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hazel Green for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 21. West Morgan will confront a Trojans team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering (Huntsville, AL). The Trojans record now stands at 13-7.
