Arkansas High School Soccer - Brookland knocks off Westside
April 18, 2022: Brookland, AR 72417 Brookland Bearcats (Brookland, AR) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Westside Warriors (Jonesboro, AR), 6-2 in a league challenge.
Next, the Bearcats confront the Valley View Blazers (Jonesboro, AR) in a 4A North challenge, on Thursday, April 21. Brookland will attempt to better on its 10-3 season record. The Blazers enter the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 4-2 league win over Heber Springs (Heber Springs, AR).
The Warriors now have a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host Wynne for a 4A North challenge on Thursday, April 21. Westside will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 1-1 league Southside (Batesville, AR). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 7-2.
