Tennessee High School Softball - Bledsoe County nudges Sequatchie County
April 18, 2022: Dunlap, TN 37327 Bledsoe County Warriors (Pikeville, TN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Sequatchie County Indians (Dunlap, TN), 3-2 in a league challenge.
The Warriors now sport a 18-1 record. They take the field next when they host Lookout Valley for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 20. Bledsoe County will face a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 11-2 league loss to Sale Creek (Sale Creek, TN). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 4-8.
With the loss, Sequatchie County falls to 18-8 on the campaign. The Indians host Signal Mountain (Signal Mountain, TN) to face the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 19. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 5-5.
