The North Star Cougars baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Ferndale Yellow Jackets to 1 in the Cougars league victory on Tuesday.

The Cougars (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Shanksville Stonycreek (Shanksville, PA). The Vikings go into the Western Pennsylvania match with a 5-5 record. In their last match, Shanksville Stonycreek gained a win over Rockwood (Rockwood, PA), 8-7, in a league match.
