The Southeast Halifax Trojans (Halifax, NC) baseball trounced the host Weldon Chargers (Weldon, NC), 38-17 in Tuesday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Trojans encounter the Warren County Eagles (Warrenton, NC) in a Tar Roanoke 1A contest, on Thursday, April 20. Southeast Halifax will attempt to better on its 2-7 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 7-5 record after their 16-4 non-league loss to Vance County (Henderson, NC).
