The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) and the host Independence 76ers (San Jose, CA), saw Branham's volleyball squad nip Independence by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Branham upgrades its record to 16-5 on the year. The Bruins travel to Leigh (San Jose, CA) to play the Longhorns in a BVAL - Mt. Hamilton bout on Thursday, April 20. The Longhorns go into the bout with a record of 18-7. Leigh won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Prospect (Saratoga, CA)
