North Carolina High School Softball - Chase bounces Hendersonville

April 18, 2023: Forest City, NC 28043

Chase Trojans (Forest City, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Hendersonville Bearcats (Hendersonville, NC), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they host Burns for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 19. Chase will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 10-0 league win over East Gaston (Mt. Holly, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-5.

With the loss, Hendersonville falls to 4-10 on the campaign. The Bearcats host Asheville (Asheville, NC) to battle the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 19. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 0-14. Asheville lost 12-2 in their recent league challenge against Erwin (Asheville, NC)
