South Carolina High School Softball - Lexington bounces River Bluff
April 18, 2023: Lexington, SC 29072 The Lexington Wildcats routed the host River Bluff Gators softball squad by a final score of 10-2 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Wildcats (17-2) will now prepare for their battle against White Knoll (Lexington, SC). The Timberwolves go into the AAAAA Region 4 battle with a 13-7 record. In their last battle, White Knoll topped Spring Valley (Columbia, SC), 14-3, in a non-league battle.
The Gators now possess a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to South Aiken for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 20. River Bluff will meet a Thoroughbreds squad coming off a 4-3 league win over Aiken (Aiken, SC). The Thoroughbreds record now stands at 7-7.
