Washington High School Softball - Rosalia bounces Mary Walker
April 18, 2023: Springdale, WA 99173 Rosalia Spartans (Rosalia, WA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Mary Walker Chargers (Springdale, WA), 22-18 in a non-league challenge.
The Spartans now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Sunnyside Christian for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 22. Rosalia will face a Knights squad coming off a 13-12 non-league loss to Zillah (Zillah, WA). The Knights record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Mary Walker falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Chargers host Northport (Northport, WA) to face the Mustangs in a 1B Northeast challenge on Thursday, April 20. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 2-4. Northport won 18-3 in their recent league challenge against Selkirk (Ione, WA)
