Western Panthers (Russiaville, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Northwestern Tigers (Kokomo, IN), 12-0 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 10-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northwestern for a Hoosier challenge on Wednesday, April 19. Western will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 12-0 league loss to Western (Russiaville, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 0-8.
