California High School Baseball - Serra gets by Bishop Montgomery
April 18, 2024: Torrance, CA 90503 Serra Cavaliers (Gardena, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA), 4-2 in a league test.
With the win, Serra upgrades its record to 9-10 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Aquinas (San Bernardino, CA) to battle the Falcons in a non-league test on Saturday, April 20. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 17-6. Aquinas won 8-0 in their recent league test against Woodcrest Christian (Riverside, CA)
With the defeat, Bishop Montgomery moves to 7-14 on the year. The Knights host La Salle (Pasadena, CA) to clash with the Lancers in a Del Rey game on Monday, April 22. The Lancers go into the game with a record of 15-9. La Salle lost 5-4 in their recent league game against Bishop Amat (La Puente, CA)
