Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Hargrave Military Academy Tigers (Chatham, VA), 13-3 in a league test.

With the win, Virginia Episcopal School upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Bishops travel to Carlisle (Axton, VA) to battle the Chiefs in a VISAA Virginia Independent test on Friday, April 19. The Chiefs come into the test with a record of 3-2. Carlisle lost 11-1 in their recent league test against North Cross (Roanoke, VA)

With the defeat, Hargrave Military Academy falls to 4-4 on the season. The Tigers host Fishburne Military (Waynesboro, VA) to battle the Caissons in a VISAA Virginia Independent test on Tuesday, April 23. The Caissons come into the test with a record of 5-4.
