Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Hempfield over Penn Manor
April 18, 2024: Millersville, PA 17551 Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Hempfield Black Knights (Landisville, PA) and the host Penn Manor Comets (Millersville, PA), observed Hempfield's volleyball team top Penn Manor by a tally of 3-1.
The Black Knights (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Manheim Township (Lancaster, PA). The Blue Streaks enter the Lancaster Lebanon Section One contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Manheim Township beat J.P. McCaskey (Lancaster, PA), 3-1, in a league contest.
Next, the Comets meet the Daniel Boone Blazers (Birdsboro, PA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, April 22. Penn Manor will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Blazers enter the contest with a 5-8 record after their 3-1 league win over Fleetwood (Fleetwood, PA).
