In Thursday's league contest, the Whitney Young Dolphins (Chicago, IL) volleyball squad nudged the visiting Lane Tech Champions (Chicago, IL), by a margin of 2-1.

Next up, the Dolphins battle the Amundsen Vikings (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public Gold contest, on Tuesday, April 23. Whitney Young will attempt to better on its 7-7 season record. The Vikings go into the contest with a 9-7 record after their 2-1 league win over Von Steuben (Chicago, IL).
