April 18, 2024: Frankfort, IL 60423 The Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL) softball routed the host Lincoln-Way East Griffins (Frankfort, IL), 10-4 in Thursday's league bout.
The Warriors (7-5) will now prepare for their bout against Joliet West (Joliet, IL). The Tigers go into the non-league bout with a 9-6 record. In their last bout, Joliet West held off Plainfield East (Plainfield, IL), 10-9, in a league bout.
The Griffins now possess a 12-6 record. They play next when they host Marist for a non-league bout on Friday, April 19. Lincoln-Way East will confront a RedHawks squad coming off a 4-3 league win over Joliet Catholic (Joliet, IL). The RedHawks record now stands at 13-1.
