In Friday's league bout, the Canyon Comanches (Anaheim, CA) baseball squad edged the visiting Yorba Linda Mustangs (Yorba Linda, CA), by a tally of 6-5.

Next up, the Comanches encounter the Esperanza Aztecs (Anaheim, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 19. Canyon will attempt to upgrade on its 15-6 season record. The Aztecs enter the bout with a 8-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Troy (Fullerton, CA).

The Mustangs (7-15) will now prepare for their bout against La Habra (La Habra, CA). The Highlanders enter the North Hills bout with a 13-8 record. In their last bout, La Habra edged Pacifica (Garden Grove, CA), 5-1, in a league bout.
