The West Warriors baseball squad (Torrance, CA), was edged 7-6 in Friday's league contest with the host Redondo Union Sea Hawks (Redondo Beach, CA)

With the triumph, Redondo Union moves its record to 11-10 on the season. The Sea Hawks host Warren (Downey, CA) to confront the Bears in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 19. The Bears come into the contest with a record of 11-8. Warren lost 9-8 in their recent non-league contest against Torrance (Torrance, CA)

The Warriors now possess a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mira Costa for a Bay contest on Wednesday, April 23. West will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 14-1 non-league win over San Pedro (San Pedro, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 19-2.
