In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Houston Hawks baseball team scored a close 6-5 win over the Redington Huskies.

The Hawks (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Homer (Homer, AK). The Mariners go into the Northern Lights game with a 1-0 record.

In their next game, the Huskies confront the Palmer Moose (Palmer, AK) in a non-league contest, on Monday, April 20. Redington will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
