North Carolina High School Baseball - Parkwood loses to Sun Valley
April 19, 2022: Monroe, NC 28110 The Parkwood Wolf Pack baseball team (Monroe, NC), was overwhelmed 14-3 in Tuesday's non-league outing with the host Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC)
The Spartans now hold a 17-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Porter Ridge for a Southern Carolina 4A outing on Tuesday, April 26. Sun Valley will confront a Pirates team coming off a 7-4 non-league win over Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 13-5.
Next, the Wolf Pack confront the Monroe Redhawks (Monroe, NC) in a Rocky River 2A/3A outing, on Wednesday, April 20. Parkwood will attempt to advance on its 13-5 season record. The Redhawks go into the outing with a 1-13 record after their 14-0 league loss to West Stanly (Oakboro, NC).
