April 19, 2022: Decaturville, TN 38329 Riverside Panthers (Decaturville, TN) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Scotts Hill Lions (Reagan, TN), 1-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Panthers confront the Adamsville Cardinals (Adamsville, TN) in a 1A District 11 challenge, on Friday, April 22. Riverside will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Chester County (Henderson, TN).
The Lions now have a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Loretto for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 22. Scotts Hill will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Wayne County (Waynesboro, TN). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-2.
