The Nordhoff Rangers routed the visiting Hueneme Vikings softball squad by a final score of 9-4 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Rangers (3-12) will now prepare for their battle against Carpinteria (Carpinteria, CA). The Warriors go into the Citrus Coast battle with a 2-13 record. In their last battle, Carpinteria was routed by Sylmar (Sylmar, CA), 7-0, in a non-league battle.

The Vikings now possess a 1-9 record. They play next when they travel to Fillmore for a Citrus Coast battle on Thursday, April 21. Hueneme will meet a Flashes squad coming off a 15-1 league win over Carpinteria (Carpinteria, CA). The Flashes record now stands at 9-3.
