North Carolina High School Softball - Riverside Christian Academy bounces Wayne Preparatory Academy
April 19, 2023: Goldsboro, NC 27530 Riverside Christian Academy Royals (Fayetteville, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Wayne Preparatory Academy Generals (Goldsboro, NC), 18-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Royals now own a 11-1 record. They take the field next when they host Spirit of Life Christian Academy for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 20. Riverside Christian Academy will face a Eagles squad coming off a 19-13 non-league win over Community Christian (Wilson, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Wayne Preparatory Academy falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Generals travel to Wake Prep Academy (Wake Forest, NC) to face the Guardians in a challenge on Thursday, April 20. The Guardians enter the challenge with a record of 1-4. Wake Prep Academy lost 8-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Thales Academy Rolesville (Rolesville, NC)
