Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Scotland Fighting Scots (Laurinburg, NC), 10-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Vikings confront the Richmond Raiders (Rockingham, NC) in a Sandhills 3A/4A challenge, on Tuesday, April 23. Union Pines will attempt to move on its 10-3 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 1-1 league Hoke County (Raeford, NC).
