April 19, 2024: Sioux City, IA 51103 Spencer Tigers (Spencer, IA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Sioux City West Wolverines (Sioux City, IA), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers face the Storm Lake St. Mary Panthers (Storm Lake, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 23. Spencer will attempt to better on its 8-0 season record.
The Wolverines now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Lincoln for a Missouri River challenge on Tuesday, April 23. Sioux City West will face a Lynx team coming off a 3-0 league win over Le Mars (Le Mars, IA). The Lynx record now stands at 4-5.
