Maryland High School Softball - Gwynn Park bounces Central
April 19, 2024: Brandywine, MD 20613 The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Gwynn Park Yellowjackets (Brandywine, MD) and the visiting Central Falcons (Capitol Heights, MD), observed Gwynn Park's softball team prevail over Central by a tally of 17-0.
The Yellowjackets (8-0) will now prepare for their bout against Surrattsville (Clinton, MD). The Hornets go into the Prince George's County 3A/2A bout with a 4-2 record. In their last bout, Surrattsville was routed by Oxon Hill (Oxon Hill, MD), 35-0, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Falcons clash with the Surrattsville Hornets (Clinton, MD) in a Prince George's County 3A/2A bout, on Monday, April 22. Central will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record.
