Maryland High School Softball - Linganore bounces Frederick
April 19, 2024: Frederick, MD 21701 Linganore Lancers (Frederick, MD) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Frederick Cadets (Frederick, MD), 11-2 in a league challenge.
The Lancers now sport a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Hagerstown for a CMC challenge on Monday, April 22. Linganore will face a Rebels squad coming off a 4-0 league win over Tuscarora (Frederick, MD). The Rebels record now stands at 9-2.
With the loss, Frederick falls to 2-10 on the campaign. The Cadets travel to Tuscarora (Frederick, MD) to face the Titans in a CMC challenge on Monday, April 22. The Titans enter the challenge with a record of 2-10. Tuscarora lost 4-0 in their recent league challenge against South Hagerstown (Hagerstown, MD)
