April 2, 2022: Silver Spring, MD 20901 Wheaton Knights (Silver Spring, MD) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Northwood Gladiators (Silver Spring, MD), 10-4 in a league test.
With the win, Wheaton upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Knights host Blair (Silver Spring, MD) to battle the Blazers in a Montgomery County 4A - North test on Tuesday, April 5. The Blazers come into the test with a record of 4-2. Blair won 4-3 in their recent non-league test against Einstein (Kensington, MD)
With the defeat, Northwood falls to 2-4 on the season. The Gladiators travel to Whitman (Bethesda, MD) to battle the Vikings in a non-league test on Thursday, April 28. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 5-2.
