Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Big Spring nips Northern York

April 2, 2022: Newville, PA 17241

Big Spring Bulldogs (Newville, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Northern York Polar Bears (Dillsburg, PA), 5-4 in a league test.

With the win, Big Spring upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Shippensburg (Shippensburg, PA) to battle the Greyhounds in a test on Tuesday, April 5. The Greyhounds come into the test with a record of 1-2. Shippensburg won 17-4 in their recent non-league test against Milton Hershey (Hershey, PA)

With the defeat, Northern York falls to 2-2 on the season. The Polar bears host Boiling Springs (Boiling Springs, PA) to battle the Bubblers in a test on Tuesday, April 5. The Bubblers come into the test with a record of 2-0. Boiling Springs won 11-1 in their recent league test against West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA)
