New Mexico High School Softball - Tularosa bounces Capitan
April 2, 2022: Capitan, NM 88316 The Tularosa Wildcats routed the host Capitan Tigers softball squad by a count of 11-1 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Wildcats (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Mesilla Valley Christian School (Las Cruces, NM). The SonBlazers go into the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Mesilla Valley Christian School topped Navajo Pine (Navajo, NM), 15-0, in a non-league battle.
The Tigers now sport a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Dexter for a non-league battle on Monday, April 4. Capitan will meet a Demons squad coming off a 8-2 non-league loss to Belen (Belen, NM). The Demons record now stands at 3-7.
