April 2, 2024: Ocala, FL 34480 Forest Wildcats (Ocala, FL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Gainesville Hurricanes (Gainesville, FL), 8-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Minneola for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 5. Forest will face a Hawks squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Cornerstone Charter Academy (Belle Isle, FL). The Hawks record now stands at 4-1.
