Texas High School Softball - Veritas Academy bounces Brentwood Christian
April 2, 2024: Austin, TX 78753 Veritas Academy (Austin, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Brentwood Christian Bears (Austin, TX), 15-1 in a league challenge.
The now own a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Vanguard College Prep for a TAPPS Division III District 3 challenge on Thursday, April 4. Veritas Academy will battle a Vikings squad coming off a 17-2 non-league win over Gholson (Waco, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 9-4.
With the loss, Brentwood Christian falls to 11-12 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Hill Country Christian School of Austin (Austin, TX) to battle the Knights in a TAPPS Division III District 3 challenge on Thursday, April 4. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 3-7. Hill Country Christian School of Austin won 23-12 in their recent league challenge against Texas School for the Deaf (Austin, TX)
