April 2, 2025: Newark, DE 19711 The Concord Raiders baseball team scored 2 runs and held the host Newark Yellowjackets to 0 in the Raiders non-league win on Wednesday.
The Raiders now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Tatnall for a non-league test on Thursday, April 3. Concord will play a Hornets team coming off a 14-0 non-league loss to Concord (Wilmington, DE). The Hornets record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Newark drops to 0-4 on the year. The Yellowjackets travel to Middletown (Middletown, DE) to play the Cavaliers in a Blue Hen - Flight A test on Saturday, April 5.
