In Wednesday's non-league game, the host South Plaquemines Hurricanes baseball team scored a nice 21-11 win over the John Ehret Patriots.

The Hurricanes (8-7) will now prepare for their game against Bonnabel (Kenner, LA). The Bruins go into the non-league game with a 14-10 record. In their last game, Bonnabel knocked off East Jefferson (Metairie, LA), 8-7, in a league game.
