March 10, 2025: Buras, LA 70041 The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the South Plaquemines Hurricanes (Buras, LA) and the visiting East St. John Wildcats (Reserve, LA), saw South Plaquemines's baseball team gain a win over East St. John by a tally of 9-7.
The Hurricanes (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against West Jefferson (Harvey, LA). The Buccaneers enter the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.
Next, the Wildcats face the John Ehret Patriots (Marrero, LA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 12. East St. John will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Patriots enter the battle with a 4-12 record after their 13-3 non-league loss to Central Lafourche (Raceland, LA).
