The Lake Creek Lions baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Porter Spartans to 1 in the Lions non-league win on Wednesday.

The Lions now own a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rudder for a 5A Region III District 21 test on Tuesday, April 8. Lake Creek will clash with a Rangers team coming off a 12-5 league loss to Montgomery (Montgomery, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 11-8.
