North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Pinecrest bounces Pine Forest
April 2, 2025: Southern Pines, NC 28387 The Pinecrest Patriots lacrosse squad scored 24 points and limited the visiting Pine Forest Trojans to 2 in the Patriots league triumph on Wednesday.
The Patriots now own a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they host Cape Fear for a United 8/All American/Sandhills challenge on Monday, April 7. Pinecrest will clash with a Colts squad coming off a 18-5 league loss to Terry Sanford (Fayetteville, NC). The Colts record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Pine Forest falls to 0-3 on the year. The Trojans travel to Union Pines (Cameron, NC) to clash with the Vikings in a United 8/All American/Sandhills challenge on Thursday, April 3. The Vikings go into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Union Pines lost 12-11 in their recent non-league challenge against Topsail (Hampstead, NC)
