In Thursday's non-league bout, the South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC) baseball squad walloped the host Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC), by a final score of 18-7.

With the triumph, South Point moves its record to 10-3 on the season. The Red Raiders travel to Highland Tech (Gastonia, NC) to confront the Rams in a non-league contest on Monday, April 6. The Rams come into the contest with a record of 5-7. Highland Tech won 12-4 in their recent league contest against Bessemer City (Bessemer City, NC)
