In Thursday's league challenge, the Victoria West Warriors (Victoria, TX) baseball team trounced the visiting Tomas Gators (Richmond, TX), by a count of 14-4.

The Warriors now own a 17-7 record. They take the field next when they host Terry for a 5A Region III District 22 challenge on Thursday, April 9. Victoria West will clash with a Rangers team coming off a 7-3 league loss to Victoria East (Victoria, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 5-12.
