In Thursday's non-league contest, the Delhi Charter Gators (Delhi, LA) softball squad triumphed over the visiting Bastrop Rams (Bastrop, LA), by a score of 11-0.

With the triumph, Delhi Charter improves its record to 12-5 on the year. The Gators host Madison (Tallulah, LA) to face the Jaguars in a 2A District 2 contest on Tuesday, April 7. The Jaguars enter the contest with a record of 0-3. Madison lost 16-1 in their recent league contest against Beekman Charter (Bastrop, LA)

In their next game, the Rams clash with the Carroll Bulldogs (Monroe, LA) in a 3A District 1 bout, on Friday, April 3. Bastrop will attempt to advance on its 2-11 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 5-5 record after their 29-4 league win over Wossman (Monroe, LA).
