In Thursday's league test, the Leander Lions (Leander, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the host Cedar Park Timberwolves (Cedar Park, TX), by a tally of 15-0.

Next, the Lions clash with the Lehman Lobos (Kyle, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 25 test, on Tuesday, April 7. Leander will attempt to move on its 24-5 season record. The Lobos come into the outing with a 3-14 record after their 3-2 league loss to Glenn (Leander, TX).

With the loss, Cedar Park moves to 8-13 on the season. The Timberwolves travel to Rouse (Leander, TX) to encounter the Raiders in a 5A Region IV District 25 outing on Tuesday, April 7. The Raiders come into the outing with a record of 9-15. Rouse lost 10-0 in their recent league outing against Hays (Buda, TX)
