In Thursday's league match, the visiting Hughson Huskies softball team scored a nice 14-0 win over the Sonora Wildcats.

The Huskies (13-3) will now prepare for their match against Escalon (Escalon, CA). The Cougars enter the Trans Valley League game with a 5-10 record.

The Wildcats now hold a 1-17 record. They play next when they travel to Hilmar for a Trans Valley League game on Tuesday, April 14. Sonora will play a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 8-4 league loss to Orestimba (Newman, CA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 12-5.
