In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Oakdale Mustangs baseball team scored a nice 18-8 victory over the Downey Knights.

The Mustangs (15-6) will now prepare for their game against Manteca (Manteca, CA). The Buffaloes go into the Valley Oak League game with a 10-9 record.

The Knights (15-10) will now prepare for their game against Modesto (Modesto, CA). The Panthers go into the Central California Athletic game with a 5-14 record. In their last game, Modesto was overwhelmed by Linden (Linden, CA), 14-3, in a non-league game.
