East Union Lancers (Manteca, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Oakdale Mustangs (Oakdale, CA), 14-7 in a league test.

With the win, East Union upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The Lancers travel to Manteca (Manteca, CA) to battle the Buffaloes in a Valley Oak League test on Tuesday, March 29. The Buffaloes come into the test with a record of 6-6. Manteca won 15-0 in their recent league test against Weston Ranch (Stockton, CA)

With the defeat, Oakdale falls to 7-5 on the season. The Mustangs host Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove, CA) to battle the Wolfpack in a non-league test on Saturday, March 26. The Wolfpack come into the test with a record of 1-7. Cosumnes Oaks lost 18-5 in their recent non-league test against Vista del Lago (Folsom, CA)
