Washington High School Softball - Columbia River bounces Fort Vancouver
April 20, 2022: Vancouver, WA 98665 The Columbia River Rapids routed the visiting Fort Vancouver Trappers softball squad by a final score of 18-3 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Rapids (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Ridgefield (Ridgefield, WA). The Spudders go into the 2A Greater St. Helens battle with a 7-0 record. In their last battle, Ridgefield topped Hockinson (Brush Prairie, WA), 16-0, in a league battle.
The Trappers now possess a 0-8 record. They play next when they host Ridgefield for a 2A Greater St. Helens battle on Monday, April 25. Fort Vancouver will meet a Spudders squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Columbia River (Vancouver, WA). The Spudders record now stands at 8-0.
